At Transforming Spaces, we’ve assisted many clients in selling and renovating properties and really enjoy the whole transformation process, so competent assistance is just down the street.

Transforming Spaces is a 2nd generation Rochester family-run business. Born and raised by parents that owned and operated Parsons Drugs at Auburn & Crooks Roads, Jeannie grew up watching her parents take care of the needs of neighbors. While Transforming Spaces looks nothing like her parent’s pharmacy, Jeannie’s desire is to continue serving her neighbors in the Rochester & surrounding areas, caring for their home and real estate needs. Our warehouse for staging inventory and home renovation materials is located in downtown Rochester, ready to go to work on your upcoming projects.

Jeannie’s marketing & design work has been nationally recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association with awards for Top 10 Rising Star Occupied Stager & Top 10 Rising Star Vacant Stager in 2020. Further, Jeannie is a RESA Accredited Continuing Education Instructor for Michigan Realtors, teaching “Staging to Sell, What Every Agent Should Know”, and speaks on topics like Staging 101, Faith at Work, Creative Bible Study Techniques.
